I really appreciate the help. i was stuck in some places that did not make sense and all the fees are expensive need to be reduced in price according to income.

It was not a clean process even for a simple file. It was supposed to be cheap but they somehow stuck charges in for nothing.

Was curious why I did not get an offer for the free promotion. Not all taxe forms we able to be imported so I had to input them myself.
