Live Support saved me, when Ai Help couldn't

I value turbotax for filing my taxes. The "help" function was not accurate this year. It would tell me to select the "forms" button on the toolbar but I could not find this selection. Eventually I called live support and Ashley was so wonderful. I had been on a loop for a half-hour trying to correct a form, and she was able to walk me through fixing the form. She taught me that "tools" on the toolbar will be a great asset when navigating filing. This made me feel like I have learned something useful for next years filing. I feel so relieved because of her help!
