Got charged to file federal tax return

I did not appreciate the fact yall charged me and i kept clicking the free tax filing and took money from my tax return. Ive used your company for years and i didnt like it this year due to the fact being charged to file my federal tax return

Simple because it keeps info from previous years but I do think it is a bit expensive for basic filing. 160.00 is ridiculous

Having the user input State taxes under the Federal tab when there is a State taxes tab directly next to it is an interesting choice.
Have you considered actually using your tabs and organization for its real purpose? I'd do that if I were you and taking $140 for no reason. I can simply do this on my own if you are just going to make it more difficult and cost more.
"State" =/= "Federal"

The app is clunky and some questions were confusing, when they didn't have to be. Overall, still an easy way to file taxes.
