Fees are outrageous

I don’t know why i had to pay 247$ for turbotax to file my documents wrong. I will not be using turbotax moving forward.

Overall, the product is very easy to navigate and makes the process of doing taxes less daunting. I worked with Johnathan G. as I was having difficulties with my tax return being rejected.
