Terrible service. Making people pay for 44 MAX when we selected NO. Making people pay 69 to file their state tax. Making people pay 79 for federal experts WHEN SELECTED NO! Last time ever using TurboTax after it made me lose 200$ AND I FILED MYSELF NO HELP. Ridiculous.

I would give this a zero if I could. They advertise free tax returns and the last two years I had to pay this year. I actually had to pay back taxes, which is a first, I paid more than double what I paid in taxes for the TurboTax service Alone. For that price, I might as well just go to a actual person. Which is definitely going to be the case for next year. I’m so done with this service totally not worth it!

You suck, Turbo Tax. Rope me in to "File for Free", then after I've spent an hour filling in the forms, you charge me $82.00. I won't use you again unless you refund my money.
