Always liked turbo tax but not the app

I use Turbo Tax every single year for 10+ years. Always loved it. But this year, it was less engaging, personal and less animated. Considering how stressful and time consuming doing taxes can be, I always looked forward to the friendly animations and helpful hints to get me through the process. This is the first time I used turbo tax through the app and it was so institutionalized and formal that it lost its appeal.

It took me about 3/4 of an hr. to send in my Federal and State Income tax filings thru TurboTax this year. Thank U to Turbotax.

They always claim to be free but I have not experienced that yet with them. It is my fault. I have got to find a free service moving forward.
