Forces you to pay for the deluxe version if you have an HSA or MSA which is 79 dollars - when most peoples contributions are at least that - off setting the deduction. An obsoletely predatory money making. Then you get charged 40 dollars to use your fed return to pay for it. Plus you get charged no matter what for state filing. Trash system making you think their FREE version is free when it actually costs you your return.

TurboTax is good

Overall I found TurboTax to be pretty helpful in filing my tax returns. I think what could make it better is if the app has a better way of keeping up with questions that have already been answered. Whenever I go back to edit something it will ask me the same questions over and over making a simple service seem very tedious.
