So easy to use! I love that I can upload my W-2s and it auto populates the information. I also love that everything is explained very well so there's no guess work!

STOP CHARGING WHO LIVE IN SSDI/SS

It's easy to use but I find it extremely crappy that they charge people who only gets disability or social security over $100 . Why isn't it free??? It's free for people with a 1040 EZ but people make significany less on SS/SSDI and have to pay and don't tell you until the very end.

I spent just as much time doing this online as I would have going with w-2's into a jackson hewlitt. Plus the fee for doing federal and then state and then adding another fee was ridiculous. I will not be using this service next year.

TurboTax is a scam

My experience with TurboTax today was extremely frustrating. At no point in the process did I indicate or accept paying for TurboTax deluxe but wouldn't you know it, when I got towards the end to file, I had somehow been operating in deluxe! I did standard last year and it was the exact same so imagine my surprise to see that I had to pay. Please don't charge me for a service when you aren't even the one explaining my refund or why it looks the way it does, it was AI that was doing this. At least, the website told me it was AI creating an explanation.And it included incorrect information. I plan on recommending Free Tax USA next year is this doesn't seem to be resolved as I haven't heard nearly as many predatory stories of TurboTax trying to trick its customers into paying. It is a shame since TurboTax helped me build my credit and connected me with credit karma.
