Confusing

I'm not sure I did my rollover IRA correctly. Hope so! Such an expensive product. It looked like Deluxe came with audit defense, but then Max had to be bought for that? Shady.

Will Return Next Season!

I’ve used TurboTax for a few years now. Each and every time they make it such an easy process to file. Highly recommend, especially if you have simple taxes; a few W-2’s, 1095-A, etc.
Although, I’m not sure how this program would work for someone who has more complex taxes.

Turbo Tax is Superior

Filing my tax return with Turbo Tax was superior and more accurate compared to other tax return services. I tried another tax preparation service prior to Turbo Tax. The return they provided stated a higher federal tax owed and no state refund. Turbo Tax lowered my federal tax owed and raised my state refund considerably. In the future Turbo Tax will be my tax preparation service.

Worst experience ever.

Expensive, and you lost my documents from last year making it nearly impossible to submit my return. Not helpful when you tell me you didn't do my return last year. I've only ever used TT so you absolutely did my return last year. Can't turn a tax company to have good record keeping? Time to switch to a different company that can keep track of my documents. The entire advantage of TurboTax is that everything is in one place. Never again.
