your process for filing taxes is overall easy to follow but what stood out most was one of your tax experts named Starlya .Starlya went over and beyond. She patiently talked me through everything and was so very helpful. She did not stop till my issue was resolved. I was able to end a night of great distress trying to find the answer to my tax dilemma, with a smile and great relief. i hope you value her as a great asset to your company. A good incentive to keep me using your company for further tax seasons

Forced upgrades are starting to feel very sketchy

Starting to feel very sketchy trying to force upgrades at almost every step. Also, forcing you to upgrade to file a simple HSA form is just ridiculous as I tried to file without and my return/refund was the exact same so I ended having to pay an extra $150 just to upgrade to Deluxe to file a form that literally made no difference. Will not be using Turbo Tax again next year as I am just fed up with this greedy mentality.

I enjoyed my experiance but too expensive for my little 29.00 refund. You should think of us teens just starting out and create a turbo tax for teens who are just starting out.
