I found this to be a very easy and helpful service. I did want to file for an extension and this software did not make that easy.

The software for this product has gotten to be very difficult to use however the customer service I got from Lavette was AMAZING. She was very personable and knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to correct my problem. she is a Turbo Tax treasure!

I absolutely love using Turbo Tax, especially on my smartphone. It's very easy to use. My only complaint is that it should be totally and completely free.....no matter what.
