Turbotax FORCED me to upgrade...

There is absolutely NO reason to force people to upgrade for $79 just to file taxes.... I had no choice. I always filed with Turbo and everything was fine. I will NEVER use Turbo Tax again.

You guys charge an astronomical amount all because I have a 1099. I only used TurboTax this year because I get $ back in credit card points. I won't be using you guys going forward. Cheaper to pay a real human to do it at this point.

Turbotax is expensive.

It was great before but has become to expensive. It was fine when I was working, but I probably won't use it again although I've used it for many years. Cost $140 for a $90 refund.
