Bait and switch

They suck you in then charge you fees that are unheard of! Oh, and don't expect to use the basic plan, there’s an upgrade fee coming!

There is no Free Federal Filing

I had to pay $192.00 What happened to free Federal? I said I wanted Basic Turbo tax throughout the entire time.
