Turbotax makes it easy to file, but also finds sneaky ways to charge last minute fees that forces you to commit in order to complete the filing. Scam like! This is the last year I use them after many years of using them.

The pre-saving of previous documents has been determined to be advantageous, thus subsequently expediting the tax-filing process(es). Adjunctly, it is advised to opt for Credit Karma checking and/or savings account transferred in order to avoid traditional bank account transfer fees of ~$40, as an individual can then transfer their return from their Credit Karma checking and/or savings account to their traditional bank account which can warrant flexibility concerning the(ir) return by either saving, paying down or off debt, and/or reinvesting the documented "income".

Upselling like a car lot

The constant up sell is just annoying.
I could have filed by mail for free yet your program chose to charge me an obscene amount for the same service. This will be the last year I use turbo tax or recommend it.

Stop forcing the charge to your service

You provide a great tool for filing taxes, but we also all know you can file for free. Obviously, you need to force the charge so you can survive as a resource. If anyone is actually reading this, all I recommend is that you be more honest about it. People will respect it more if you do.
