Free Version too strict to qualify for

They always make excuses on why you don't meet requirements to get the free version. I lost almost 200 dollars in TurboTax fees

The very last part SUCKED!

Got all the way to the end, and Turbotax online had the WRONG INFORMATION: it said I didn't file with turbotax last year because I filed with Turbotax desktop instead of Tubotax online. It could have AT LEAST gave the option to say I filed with Turbotax desktop. But it didn't, it simply insisted that didn't file. This caused unnecessary stress and a phone call that I had to muck my way through the stupid voice activated assistant, screaming "representative" until it stopped trying to send me a text or email with stupid solutions to problems I don't have and got me to a real person.
