Extremely greedy company

Littered with fees and annoying pop-ups for features not many people want. The most ridiculous fee is the fee to deduct the fees to file from your refund; you’re making us pay a fee to choose how to pay fees. TurboTax is utterly ridiculous and greedy.

Easy to file. Thorough. Only downside is the fees you get hit with or the product upgrade "requirements" at the end of filing.

Easy to use, free, actually free. Not hidden fees they hit you with at the end. Offer advance on taxes. Will be using again in the future
