A little sneaky on which product you choose and don’t allow you to downgrade without clearing and starting over. Figure that one out.

Horrible application with poor customer service

You suck at helping people and you rip off young students. The fact that I had to pay over $130 to file an ez form is ridiculous. Plus you keep stating things are wrong and when i go back to check they aren't wrong at all. I would expect a refund for the payment I sent. This is poor customer service
