Your fees and prices are just another way to steal
from someone ..way to expensive charge for everything even charged me to take it out of my refund..I mean that is like a overcharging moment...im not happy with all we got tp pay for an electronic system ...what a rip off

Last Minute ID request almost derailed filing

AMBUSHED WITH REQUEST FOR INFO ON THE 2023 RETURN AFTER (!) I PAID BUT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH TO E-FILE WITHOUT INFO FROM 2023 TO VERIFY MY ID. INSULTING. ALSO SENT ME TO A WEBSITE WHERE THE IRS WANTS TO COLLECT MY FACIAL BIOMETRICS, THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND SO MESSED UP I CONSIDERED NOT FILING AT ALL. EVENTUALLY I TRICKED MY WAY THROUGH BUT THIS WAS AN UNNECCESSARY HURDLE AND I PAID TOO MUCH THIS YEAR. YOU AUTOFILLED LINES FOR THE 26 MINUTES I TYPED. COMPARED TO OLD FREE SERVICE THIS IS THEFT. YOU HAVE BECOME AN UNETHICAL ENTERPRISE SINCE LAST YEAR. WONT RECOMMEND TO ANOTHER SOUL. SHAME ON YOU. SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE BRIANDEAD CATTLE. SHAME ON YOU.
