I’ve used TurboTax for years. This is the first year I experienced issues. Not with my taxes, but with the app itself. It would not allow me to e-sign verify because it would not send a verification code to the email address I’ve used for years. Once I switched it to a gmail account, it worked. Took a few days research to find that, but once I reached a live human, her name was Ashley, it worked immediately. Very disappointed in a product that is usually very easy to use and accurate.
