Better Cost Transparency

Free simple returns are advertised but I somehow get charged every time. Based on the statements under who qualifies for a free return, I should/do and then get to the end and find out I need to pay. Very frustrating.

Liars. "File your taxes for free" then get charged $180 when finished. Don't waste your time and just make an appointment with an accountant
