I find this tool to be overpriced and cumbersome to use. The fake loading/processing delays are annoying.

If turbo taxs company didn't make finding the free file option online prohibitively hard I wouldn't be using this app

I just filed 3 different Fed and State returns (mine and kids). Each was a different experience regarding options/process for some reason. All should have been free (simple) but turbotax tries to upsell and confuse multiple times throughout the process. I did something wrong and opted for "Deluxe" on one of the filings and paid extra for state filing before noticing and couldn't undo it (wasted $143). You suck TurboTax!
