Fix multiple state income please.

My W-2’s were fine. Box 16 was appropriate for each state. Resident state - all income, non-resident state - only non resident state income. The tool added these two things and overstated my income. So now I have to file paper for my resident state. This seems an easy fix. Please fix it. Thanks.

TurboTax forced me to upgrade.

TurboTax forced me to upgrade to transmit my taxes. I was very much needing my full refund, and did not have enough money to pay for the upgrade. So it had to take from my refund. Terrible service. Will be switching to another tax filing service next time. Corporate greed at its finest.

Charging me to file additional paperwork I am REQUIRED to file is terrible. I didn't need an actual person to help me and they charge $100 extra just so I could file a 1099. Turbo tax is a scam and I will be taking my business elsewhere next year. Not to mention we ended up owing more than $1000 in taxes so no help as far as a refund either...
