so much for free tax returns i will not be filling with you guys next year the website is hard to navigate and even harder if your trying to opt out of deluxe. im going to have to use the tax return to pay for using your services when i did all the work. what does the deluxe even do ????? i cant rtemove it and it literally changed nothing on my return.

Payment "Option"

Filing was quick and easy. Problem occurred when I went to checkout, it gave the option to use the refund or pay with card. I chose to use the refund but it requires the card info regardless. Either way, ended up paying with my card which was aggravating. Don't give the option if it's there or faulty, or be more clear as to how the process goes.
