Hello, this was concise and to the point. However, as a competitive person, i was trying to relax, double check answers while not overly focused on the timer ! (not wanting to beat the suggested time of 58 minutes)

Loyal Customer Promotion Idea

i have used turbotax since it was created and it has adapted well over the years. I wish there was a way for being a loyal customer for x-amount of years that there would be offers for a professional to review my taxes for free one year to experience that process for the future and determine if it is something i would want to purchase for the following year. Because while the AI provides guidance it is different from being able to utilize a person to maximize refunds.
Other than that, love this site and will continue to use.
