I've used self file unassisted turbotax for years (my income is very straight forward). You guys have always made it so easy- the fact that you keep previous years on file is very helpful. I will continue to use turbotax indefinitely.

It's Deductible failed me.

The It's Deductible failed me. I tried three times to enter items that I donated only to have the software return to the sign on screen. I eventually determined the value myself. This is not my past experience, and I know that I didn't capture nearly all the items the I donated.

turbo tax handled my tax well but it should be able to access prievious returns to aquire the AGI for instance.

Absurd and superfluous up-charges

This is a good app but I don't like how it strong arm into upgrading. I wanted to stay at the product I chose but I wouldn't go forward until I upgraded. So I ended up spending more money than I wanted. A disappointed customer

Want the CD back

I prefer having the CD to do my taxes since I prepare for my son and myself separate returns. The cost of filing individually is a burden on me.
