Fine experience

The overall experience was great, but the cost of Deluxe was exorbitant, especially since I didn't have a choice on whether or not I wanted to upgrade.

The help provided for errors during the import of the W-2 was no where to be found. I paid for filing federal and State and the State was a nightmare because of you importing the W-2 wrong. After all these years I can tell you that you will not see me use your OVERPRICED UPSOLD service again.

Junk use to be free now they charge ove 100 for it your better off just going to some i won't be using turbo tax again
