Turbo tax scammed me

from Los angeles
FORCED me to upgrade to deluxe in order to continue, a 79 dollar upcharge. Had no other options on the screen. Couldn’t return to the previous page to review any other options, just HAD to upgrade to deluxe.

It’s crazy how you asked if you could share our data, and then in order to pay with the refund, (essentially trapping those who are low income), it then allows you to sell the data and you aren’t liable? Crazy..

This year I had to use turbo tax since I had no access to most of my paperwork since I’m moving, and the stress I felt every step of the way makes me feel like I need to just never move my papers before myself again.
