I hate TurboTax. Kept disconnecting/redirecting. Also had a bajillion different verification steps. Paying taxes should not be this difficult.

Turbo Tax is reliable

I have used Turbo Tax for many years with success. This year has seen many pop ups for additional services and it was very annoying and a major turnoff! Need to rethink this approach.
