Every year I use tt. PERIOD The services are very reliable and the prices are reasonable! I will never make the mistake again of trying another service; like I did Jackson Hewitt that one year... charging me over 500! Love Turbo Tax is awesome

I don't understand why I always have to pay for TurboTax Deluxe. I literally have a simple W2 - nothing complicated about it and yet this is the second year in a row that I had to pay. And it's always right when I finish that it pops up saying "oh well, you have to pay actually!". Like what a scam, I don't understand. I want a refund.
