TurboTax is userfriendly

It was significantly more straightforward than other online tax services I've used. Even when I had questions there were hyperlinks with answers or similar situations.

Would not let me remove deluxe and there’s hidden fees at the end. I already wasn’t get a large tax return due to being out of work and turbo tax too all of it

Disappointed in pricing.

I keep getting bills tacked on. I did not sign up for deluxe and double-checked throughout the process and was still charged. The $44 was not discussed at the beginning of the process, but at the very end, random fees were put on my bill. Just very frustrating.

Convenient

Love that I can do it on an app on my phone when I dont have a reliable computer to use. Amd can pull it up whenever I have time to work on it. However, I don't like how fees aren't easily layed out upfront so you don't really know till the end how much you're gonna pay.

The pricing for the software and transmission fees doubled. I preferred the detailed walk through the hints/definitions. You did change the product that I knew and love.
