Horrible app.

It's very misleading and tries to trick you into buying extras you don't need and all the extra fees associated with using the return to pay. But my big gripe is it automatically put me in a paid version instead of the basic free version and I didn't feel like spending more time redoing my taxes because you don't find out until you finish and go to file.

Process was smooth but some of it was misleading

Was not told up front about a $143 fee since I have an HSA with my job. Was told it was $79 and then it changed to $143 when I went to pay. Very misleading
