We’re thrilled that our step-by-step guidance made your experience so seamless. Making the filing process quick and easy is exactly what we at TurboTax aim for every season.
Very convenient to use... it was my first time doing taxes and i am not from this country and this was pretty helpful just like filing any other form, very self explanatory and fetching data from the doc was very helpful and accurate as well.
Taxes can be a little bit intimidating, especially with a limited budget and the need to have them completed with a measure of precision. With Turbotax's cheapest filing option I was able to get extensive explanations for questions I had throughout the entire process, with their helpful (?) prompt located all throughout the software. Every question is answered conveniently so you can make informed decisions on each selection you're making (technology is amazing, and their software turns you into a tax professional!!!). I use their service every year, and it just gets better and better. HARD to beat the value with the price, THANK YOU TURBO TAX!!

Simple and easy to use especially for me. Mistakes are pointed out immediately and regulations for State and Federal are updated. Turbo Tax guides a person through the process.

Our goal is to make filing as smooth as possible, and we’re glad the software helped you breeze through. Thank you for letting us handle the heavy lifting this year!
waaayyy too expensive for what you get. The fees keep piling up, and my return was simple, having an HSA account ( only " complication" ) cost me, and keep adding to my "free" filing
For one, I HATE the Ai. I am not paying TurboTax upwards of 200 dollars to file my taxes with a robot. For two, I am very irritated I had to file with Turbo premium due to my retirement account even though I made 9 dollars in contributions, as I had to pay 79 dollars for that. For three, it was very unintuitive in comparison to previous years. I did not use TurboTax last year and I will not be using it again in the future.
