Turbo Tax makes tax time easier!

It was straightforward and easy to use. I did have a problem when an amount that I had entered did not show up in the final version and I forgot to enter estimated tax payment I had made. But it was very easy to amend my return, and I will continue to use TurboTax online.

Turbo Tax gouges

I used turbo tax to do my daugters return and the only way to get the increased refund was to purchase the more expensive package. She only had 1 W2 and was taking standard deductions. The additional refund was $198 but my the time we were charged for State $64 and the upgraded package I believe she received about $17 more than if we just skipped the upgraded package. It's very sad how free file becomes about $200 to file.
