Good Product, Thorough, easy to use.

Efficient, however having to buy the deluxe program and the state just because I have an HSA account which had zero tax implications was kind of a rip off. It did nothing to change my tax filing. There was nothing over the limit or not taken out pre tax.

I was supposed to get $146 back in my tax return and after all the fees and charges, I’m only getting about $27 back. I might as well not even get a tax return this year. I usually never get charged to file and all the sudden it wouldn’t let me file without charging me.

Incorrect advertisement

You advertise that you can do the taxes for free however while trying to do these taxes, they made it very difficult and impossible to get it done for free. I had to pay $123 for a filing fee. Please have honest advertisement in the future this makes it very frustrating.
