It’s becoming more glitchy and harder to use over the years, along with the price rising. Poor quality for more money? It doesn’t make sense.

I don't have another experience to compare to. Very convenient, mostly usable. Calm design. The flow is annoying at times. The animations take up time. And the relevant info isn't always foremost. Rejoining or refreshing is sometimes a setback in time spent. All the work is saved but again the flow takes 5 steps back. Will continue to use TurboTax.

Seems to go in circles over and over. $80 is expensive considering you are doing it yourself. Will probably not use ever again

Students stay away

Unfortunately my only option to file taxes. I am a full time student with limited income. Initial it said file for free, which I knew couldn't be true. Then it was $29 dollars, then $79 dollars. I made $600 dollars working at school. Don't waste yout time just get a professional to do your taxes, they would probably explain everything more instead of me guessing through the entire thing.
