Won't use next year at all

I was very disappointed I dint need anyone's help to file my taxes yet I was charged a very big amount for nothing I dint even use the tax export help yet I still had to pay for it and that is ridiculous last time I use Turbotax same last year over charged for again nothing dint use export help
