There is no reason to pay $79 for deluxe...

Turbotax's business practices are predatory and rely on you believing taxes are too complicated to do on your own. They will always find a reason for you to have to pay for the "deluxe" edition, even if you barely make anything. Use a different program, if you absolutely have to use one. This company has no problem lobbying the government to make filing taxes more difficult so they can make more money off you. Do your research and file with literally anybody else. This review will probably never see the light of day, since it is negative, but my family and I will not be using turbotax again next year, or ever again. Thanks for nothing.

Speedy, no hidden fees, easy to understand. information processing better than H&R Block. I almost lost my mind working on their website and their customer support team. They almost stole 200.00 dollars from me , but I decided to go with Turbo Tax.

The app is garbage, the service is overpriced, and being forced into more expensive options for a necessary service like filing taxes feels predatory. The app is subpar, runs poorly, has a terrible user experience and is far more frustrating than convenient. I really hope the government filing website that's being rolled out does well because I hope I never have to give another penny to this garbage company.

Not making sense...

Very confusing on doing my deceased daughters taxes, said I had to add PDF files for state return, then said Fed would not allow e-file and that the state wouldn't allow mail. Yet turbo tax wouldn't allow me to efile state unless fed was efiled. When I printed state, PDF's were not included. :(
