I thought is was able to get my return for FREE. I met all the criteria for a Free return. But it kept trying to sell me the deluxe platform.

Convenient but Pushy with Upgrade Product Sales

It’s convenient because it carries over your information year after year but at the same time, you are bothered several times trying to get you to upgrade to a higher priced option. That is not a good marketing move as it is seen as a bit like a car salesman or high-pressure sales.
