TurboTax is awful

It's absolute garbage. Returns were REJECTED!!! Had a cryptic issue, so the software put up a big happy button saying it'll walk me through the fix. And then it spat out another cryptic message INSTEAD OF HELPING IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. I ended up guessing at a possible fix, and I don't even know yet if my returns will be rejected again. I'm not in the business of doing taxes - you are! Thanks for nothing.
