don't like all the changes

I did not talk to a person, the changes were very aggravating. The pop-up interruptions and the multiple do you want to upgrade was irritating. And the increase in price was shocking.

Not Happy that I had to Pay for Deluxe this Year

Was pretty simple to navigate but had to buy the deluxe this year because I have an HSA but didn't have to pay last year. That was unexpected and then had to pay another $40 for them to take their fees out of my refund. So much for TT being free for me anymore!!

This service has hidden fees!!!!

I have been using TurboTax for years, and now they charged me 200.00 to use this service! This is absolutely insane! Just because I make a little more money doesn't mean I have 200 dollars lying around for all of you! I am on the "free" plan and was not using any extra services. These are hidden fees, and it is cruel to do this to tax-paying citizens who are dependent on every cent they get from their tax return. SHAME ON YOU TURBO TAX!!!!!
