Too many fees, I don’t need my refund 5 days fast for an additional $35. Also charging me to have my refund sent to my bank. I will more than likely use another service in the future as this is getting too expensive.

"free" version was not free

I filed through the "free" version of TurboTax and made sure to keep everything selected for "free" and right before my final submission it wouldn't let me continue without paying $79, making the entire thing worthless because I could have done that elsewhere. I ended up paying $218 in extra fees that I was under the impression wouldn't exist and I, as well as everyone I know, will not be using TurboTax un the future if I can convince them to stop.
