Good not great

It's a great tool to allow DIY taxes. I am continuously frustrated, however, when the forms ask questions about last year, or prior years', tax info...when I have used Turbo Tax for the past 11 years straight. Sometimes the info is filled in for me, sometimes not...Why would you ask if a received a refund from 2 years ago taxes from a specific city - you did those taxes, too? How do you not know....??

Getting harder and more costly

They charged me 80 to upgrade because i tried to use standard and they said i was not eligible after I had already done my taxes then charged me an extra 40 dollars to get my money which was barely anything because they already took 80
