tried to slam the premium live version AGAIN

Once again as last year, turbotax tried to automatically slam their premium live version (I did not click the upgrade link). I had to restart again and clear my tax info only TWICE this year. Last year, I had to have customer service issue a special service code to clear it out after doing my taxes 5 times.

phone service is very hard to get to a specialist !!!!!!! but once I got to one she was great !!!!! her name was Jamila and she was pleasant , patient, and very helpful. She is the reason I stayed with Turbo Tax.
