Why would you ask customers if they like to upgrade to Deluxe or continue with the free version when you're just going to force them into getting the Deluxe? Then, to say you will deduct the amount from our taxes and then go on to say our tax refund is not enough when it is enough. Like some of the things you people do upset people.
