Filing online sucked, diffucult and confusing

This Experience was horrible. They said it would take 45, And that I could do it for free if I do it completely by myself. 30 minutes in, they told me, i MUST pay to Continue, and it was gonna be $75. So I continue, then All of a sudden It was a $143 out of nowhere. Then another half hour to 45 minutes later, i get to the very end or so I think. after I've paid, They insist that I give last year's AGI which I have no idea how to Find. So I scramble around the IRS website trying to figure that out for another 15 minutes. And at the end of it all I guarantee, I'm going to be audited because I have no idea if the number I gave is correct but I have no way of knowing the stupid information that they need, but I can't go back because I already paid this whole process was stupid and extremely frustrating.

Fees are outrageous

The processing fees changed within a week. I did my taxes and go to the app to check on my return; it was never processed. Now, I have to pay an outrageous fee.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby
