Predatory, and probably not free

Predatory process that attempts to sneak in fees in confusing ways. Processing an LLC required a package upgrade, at which point my time was more valuable than fighting an intentionally obfuscated program. Was also charged and absurd amount for "pulling in" federal info for state taxes. 2 stars for at least being able to do this on my couch. I'll just support an accountant friend next year and pay them to do my taxes. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Hesitant old person does it!!

I loved it. I had been paying someone to do my taxes but this helped me through what I, otherwise, didn't think I could do. Great product. I even appreciate the little checks along the way that ask me if I'm feeling confident, etc., because I wasn't. I hope to go-it-alone again next year with Turbo Tax.
