TurboTax Rocks!

Was super easy to use and made filing my taxes super easy and it was my first time filing! Definitely made me feel confident about filing my taxes on my own can't wait to do it again next year!

I think the prices are outrageous, I feel like some charges to be at least half off and an automatic person or automatic help should pop in just case there are errors.

Not Happy after Years of Use

I have used your product for years and I do not like the changes. It was hard to follow along and I wasn't sure whether I was through with a section or not. It is no longer user friendly. I may have to look for another product for next year.

Good, but NOT FREE

Would be 5 stars, however, the web page said it would be a "free" filing but I was charged $143.00 to file both Federal and State tax returns.
