I have filed with you over the last 10 years+ and not an issue! This year, I lost my kiddo, and now it asking for spouse information, I did click single/divorced in page one. After 3 weeks of me trying to figure it out/get ahold of customer support, I finally was able to file. Ant the only reason I was able to file was because I was connected with the right person, she was awesome, understanding, she reached out to others, and she made it happen.

I didn’t much like how you kept charging for all these extra things. It started out free and it ended up that I owed almost $200 just to use your “free tax filing service”. You managed to take all of my refund from the state and you got some of my Federal refund also. And my taxes are very simple. I was halfway through the process of putting all my information in when I found out that I could not proceed any further without agreeing to pay. I don’t mind paying for a service, but this seemed a little cash-grabby.
