Not what it used to be

Now charges for state and federal separate. I should've stuck with paper, since I just paid $140 on top of what I owe. It says you can do simple and then says sorry you have to upgrade. I didn't even itemize and owed money

Turbot Tax is FRUSTRATING!!

Turbo Tax has a nice visual format but we got caught in a loop that said we had to upgrade because we had foreign accounts (which we do not). We went back multiple times to uncheck that box but finally just paid to get through. It felt like a trap. We will not be using this program in future!
