Overall disappointing how much they’ve raised their costs. I only submitted my taxes this year to avoid paying extra and because my data was on there. Next year I’m going somewhere else.

The cost of this is way too expensive. I am completing my taxes myself and still paying such a large fee. I will not use this next year.

Platform is more frustrating than it used to be

Website has become really laggy and clunky over the years. Constantly asks for review on things that don't need review. Had to do a refile because the IRS rejected it due to some issue with an EIN or employer name but gave me zero hint whatsoever as to what was actually wrong.
