Hit me with new $40 processing fee for the privilege of letting you take payment out of my return. $40 I mean really. The app is lagging badly even after updating the app (twice in one day) since filing last year.

You will get hidden charges for everything. 60 dollars to file federal, 60 to file state, 50 to pay with a credit card if you owe any money. Screw this company!

first time user..first time EVER doing my taxes..It has been a nightmare. I had many problems..which was probably my fault..I was one the phone for 1.5 hours the first time..45 minutes the second. Both representatives were great..they knew there stuff..but it just didn't work. I decided to make another account and start from scratch. Had it done and filed within 45 minutes. Thanks for all your help ladies..I mean it!!
