Turbo tax and intuit have hijacked the tax process in America and made the entire system more complicated and less efficient for the sake of profit. They are a leech on society.

HATE IT. ALWAYS DECEPTIVE PRICING

I really wish there were laws requiring upfront and honest pricing for online services. Next year, I promise I won't wait until the last minute and end up paying TurboTax the outrageous fees they try to sneak in. It honestly feels very misleading.
