Costs just keep getting higher and higher.

The cost just keeps increasing while the basic services don’t change. I might as well go to an in person tax accountant at the cost you’re charging me. I’ve been using turbo tax for several years but $130 for the basic package is ridiculous

Tells you that you can get an extra money back if you upgrade to deluxe, but when you do that plus file state and then get their “processing fee” you end up losing more then you would of if you didn’t upgrade to deluxe

God I hate your garbage company stop lobbying the government to complicate the tax filing process. You are quite literally paying to force people into your product or similar ones. I want to see your company go bankrupt when a simple free online government alternative for filing taxes gets made.
If someone working there is reading this review...sup man how's it hangin' I hope life's goin well for ya :) tell your bosses they suck and should give you a raise. Try to unionize it'd be funny.

This company has gone from a decent company that helped people file their taxes to a money making scam. You charge for everything now. There is no option to File for free and you take advantage of broke people by charging them $40 to take it out of their refund so they don't have to pay your $70 fee, then you make it such a pain in the butt to go backwards for people who could afford the fee won't go backwards and still just pay it so that they can file their taxes.

Numerous TurboTax mistakes two years in a row

For two years in a row, doing a simple standard deduction, federal and state tax form and being charged for it. There have been mistakes on three different occasions all information I provided was correct.
